Issue 1!

Rather excitedly, I can announce that the first issue of the Musselburgh Anchor was published last week and distributed to residents of Musselburgh in East Lothian on Friday!

Feedback has already been very positive, with one resident saying ‘I just want to congratulate you on the new Musselburgh Anchor. I got it through the post and it’s jolly well laid out. Love it! It’s interesting, very interesting. Once again, congratulations.’

It was terrific to come home on Friday and receive this first message on the answering machine. It was such a joy knowing that distribution had not only gone ahead as planned but that folk had already taken the time to read it, and consider calling to share their thoughts. I felt very appreciative.

And other business owners are ringing in now. With continued exposure, and as people see that the magazine is here to stay, I envisage it just growing and growing. That’s the plan anyway!

If you want to take a look at this first edition, it can be viewed at:  http://issuu.com/eh21

Feedback is very much welcome, so too constructive criticism. And, if you’re a business owner and want to advertise with us, please email eh21@karolynequinn.co.uk So too, if you are a community group and want to promote your activities for free, do get in touch.

Meantime, stay tuned for issue 2!
